Excellent service. We have to say that initially we had some minor concerns over having to get off the train (at Nerang in our case) and then find the waiting taxi service. However, nothing could have been done better as the driver was waiting in a very prominent spot at Nerang complete with a board with our names on it. In reality going by road (from airport to Nerang) would probably not have been much quicker. Also as it was dark it was comforting that we didn't have to find our way around in the dark. The driver at Nerang waited outside our accommodation at Surfers to ensure that the security gate opened and we were safely inside and this was another nice touch. Thank you again. (NW 26/07/10)

The lady that helped us when we arrived so sorry do not remember her name but her customer service deserves to be commended and a please pass on our thanks to her as she went the extra mile with no effort. From the ease of booking last night in the Singapore Airport, to arriving at the counter this morning to be helped by your staff member, which I didn't get his name as I was in jet lag world!!, to being picked up in a proper chauffeur driven car by myself. I was expecting a bus style vehicle with a number of other people being dropped all over the coast before I was eventually dropped as the last passenger to Coolangatta but it was just me in the car and I was driven directly to my place excellent thank you. Really stoked to have found this service and am spewing that it took me so long to find out about it. During the course of or trip changes had to be made to our destination Station, the attendant at the Air Port Terminal made these changes without any fuss or confusion. Then return pick up address needed to be changed back to our original pick up point, one phone call to Amy was all it took once again, the pickup cars where always on time and exactly where we were told they would be. This an excellent service with friendly and knowledgeable staff ten out of ten from myself and travelling group well done (BA 10/04/10)
