Airport Village & DFO

Do you want to get to Brisbane's DFO or check out the retailers at the Airport Village? Use the Airtrain and we'll shout you a train ticket for the trip home.

To get there, simply buy a one-way ticket from your local QR station to the International Airport. Then catch the airport courtesy bus to the shops from the departures level.

When you return to the station, present your original train ticket and any receipt from DFO. Airtrain will then give you a train ticket for your journey home at no charge.

If you're a worker at DFO, you're also eligible to buy Airtrain Workers Weekly Tickets.

Airtrain Shopper Special

To receive your free train ticket, you must present your original train ticket and a DFO receipt dated on the same day of travel. Let Airtrain station staff at the International Airport know you'll be taking part in this offer, just so you can keep your original ticket.

The Airtrain Shopper Special is only available for paper tickets purchased from QR stations. You're unable to use it with the go card.

This special offer also makes use of Brisbane Airport's courtesy bus. It's a complimentary service to transfer you between the International Airport and DFO. The bus runs every 20 minutes between 6:30am and 6:30pm.
