Airtrain prides itself on the delivery of exceptional customer service. In order to achieve this, the Airtrain team, based at both the Domestic and the International Airport stations, consists of Customers Service Assistants, Customer Service Officers and Team Leaders. All who provide a proactive approach to safety, sales and service.
We'll require you to have: a passion for customer service, excellent communication skills and exceptional presentation. You'll have an outgoing, friendly personality with a "can do" attitude. Cash handling and previous customer service is a must.
You must have the ability to work a rotating roster. Hours ranging from 5:30am to 8:30pm, 7 days a week.
If your application is successful, you'll be expected to operate as part of a team and also be able to work unsupervised. This will include the ability to provide information about Airtrain products to our customers. Some aspects of the positions will require manual handling capabilities.
You'll also have safety training as a part of our Emergency Management Plan. This will include training in Control Room Operations and Station Operations.
Airtrain has an alliance with Transfield Services who perform the operations and maintenance. Transfield Services is committed to excellence in customer service. And the staff at Airtrain continually look to enhance every customer's experience.
Remuneration will be according to the current EBA.
