AirtrainConnect involves a train ride to a Gold Coast station, and then a chauffeured transfer to the Gold Coast airport. When you arrive at the Brisbane Airport, staff in the terminal will direct you to the train and which Gold Coast station to hop off at. When you arrive, your driver will be waiting with your name on a sign to take you the rest of the way.
The availability of AirtrainConnect is limited to standard train operating hours. The Airtrain Guarantee does not apply to this service - only to services that join a flight departing from Brisbane Airport.
And don't worry if you're travelling with infants or large luggage items like surfboards or golf clubs. AirtrainConnect uses a range of vehicles that can suit your specific needs.
This service is only available one-way from Brisbane Airport to the Gold Coast airport. Due to licensing restrictions, we are unable to provide a pick-up service from the Gold Coast airport.
