Brisbane City

Airtrain offers transfers between Brisbane Airport and Brisbane City for school groups. If your group is travelling to Brisbane for the day or a longer stay, then let us help make the transfers easy for you.

Airtrain stops at the five major city train stations (Central Station, Fortitude Valley, Roma Street Station, South Brisbane Station and South Bank Station).

If your group is travelling to the Gold Coast let us make the trip more enjoyable for you. Airtrain offers a door-to-door service called AirtrainConnect. This service includes the train to the Gold Coast and then a transfer from the Gold Coast station to your destination. We match the number of people traveling together with vehicles, which means the vehicle could range in size from a sedan to a terago to a large coach, depending on the size of your group.

Brisbane Suburbs

Airtrain, in partnership with QR, can arrange school group tickets to and from all stations on the QR suburban network to the airport. If your forward journey commences at the airport, contact Airtrain reservations for your tickets. If your forward journey commences at a suburban station firstly contact QR’s Group Travel Services on 1300 768 595 (Fax 07 3606 5199) for details on tickets to the City and then contact Airtrain for your city to airport tickets.

Bookings can be invoiced to the school once your group size is confirmed. Alternately you can pay in advance using a credit card. Please note that bookings require adequate time for you to receive the tickets in the mail.
