Your flight departure details are required to schedule your car pick-up time when returning from the Gold Coast.

We will schedule your car pick-up and train travel so that you arrive at the airport at least 2 hours before your flight.

If your arrival or departure flight time is outside train operating hours, we will organise a
Con-X-ion coach to pick you up from the airport and drop you at your accommodation. For this service, bookings must be made at least 48 hours in advance.

If travelling with infants, you will be asked whether you require a baby capsule or booster seat for your chauffeured vehicle when you meet with us at Brisbane Airport. There is no charge for infants.
