Terms and Conditions - Train Station and Ticket Desk Sales
This station is operated by Airtrain Citylink Limited (ACN 066 543 315) ("we" or "Airtrain"). By purchasing a ticket at this station, you are agreeing to the terms listed on this page ("Terms"). The Terms are important. You should read and understand them before purchasing a ticket.
1. Train Tickets
Prices and timetables of Airtrain services may change from time to time without notice.
Please be aware that any changes or defacing an Airtrain ticket is a criminal offence.
When you purchase tickets we may ask you to provide us with some personal information to help us verify your identity, and to process your purchase. We will treat your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Statement.
When travelling to the Gold Coast, Airtrain staff will arrange your chauffeured transfer after you arrive at Brisbane Airport and will inform you of the station at which you will be met by your driver.
If you disembark the train at any other station than that advised by Airtrain Staff, or break the train journey for any reason, Airtrain cannot guarantee the availability of a chauffeured car to collect you, and a new charge will apply.
2.1 AirtrainConnect departures from the Gold Coast
When travelling from the Gold Coast to Brisbane Airport using the AirtrainConnect service, you will need to call the AirtrainConnect office on 1800 119 091 at least 24-48 hours before your trip to arrange your pickup time. Please be aware of the conditions of the Airtrain Guarantee, and ensure that you have arranged your return journey to comply with these terms and conditions. A copy of the Airtrain Guarantee can be found on the Airtrain website http://www.airtrain.com.au/airtrain_guarantee.php and is also on display at the Airtrain station.
3. Cancellations / Refunds
If you buy a ticket for an Airtrain service, and you tell us you want to cancel your ticket more than 48 hours before the service would have begun, we will refund your purchase, less a 20% processing fee. If you tell us you want to cancel less than 48 hours before the service would have begun, your purchase price will be non-refundable.
Airtrain will not refund any ticket sales from this site, where your flight into Brisbane Airport is delayed, causing you to miss our last train service. Airtrain recommends you look at Travel Insurance to cover yourself against this possibility.
There will be no refund on a return ticket if the forward journey has already commenced.Last updated: April 2010
