AirtrainConnect is our premium service for getting passengers from the Brisbane Airport to the door of their Gold Coast destination. AirtrainConnect also serves passengers that need to travel from the Gold Coast to the Airport. The cost for an AirtrainConnect is the same regardless of where on the Gold Coast you are headed.
The AirtrainConnect service involves a train ride to a Gold Coast station, and then a chauffeured transfer to your accommodation or place of business. When you arrive at the airport, staff in the terminal can direct you to the train and tell you at which Gold Coast train station to hop off. When you arrive, your driver will be waiting with your name on a sign to drive you the rest of the way.
The availability of AirtrainConnect is limited to standard train operating hours. Bookings that start at the Gold Coast need to be made at least 24 hours in advance.

Travelling with infants, or large luggage items like surfboards or golf clubs - not a problem. Airtrain uses a range of car types that can handle your specific requirements.
The AirtrainConnect service is available to drop you at all suburbs on the Gold Coast (from Sanctuary Cove to Coolangatta). You can check the list of suburbs available for AirtrainConnect here. If your suburb is not in the list, then the AirtrainConnect service can not be booked. The service is available to drop passengers to the Coolangatta Airport, but we can not pick up from this location.
