We recommend travelling on a go card which is accepted on all translink transport throughout Greater Brisbane, Ipswich, Gold Coast and Sunshine Coast. This includes trains, buses, ferries and trams – Simply touch and go!
When using any of these smartcards you will need to tap on and off at the dedicated machines for each journey. Hold your card to the centre of the screen to tap on or off. Once you’ve tapped your card, you’ll receive one a large white tick, green lights, and a positive sound this means your tap was accepted.
