All Airtrain services to and from the Brisbane City and the Gold Coast will be affected by track work between Roma Street to Bowen Hills and Ferny Grove stations on Saturday 13^th and Sunday 14^th September 2025.

Travelling to Brisbane Airport

Brisbane City travel: The train will run express (via the Exhibition Loop) between Roma Street and Albion stations.
- - If you are traveling from Central and Fortitude Valley stations, catch a rail replacement bus to Roma Street station, to catch a connecting train to the Airport.
  - If you are traveling from Bowen station, catch a rail replacement bus to Albion station and transfer for a connecting train to the Airport.
  - If you are traveling from South Brisbane, Southbank and Boggo Road stations, catch a train to Roma Street station for a connecting train to the Airport.
  - If you are traveling to other Brisbane City stations, these services are not impacted.
Gold Coast and Beenleigh travel: Catch a train to Roma Street station and transfer for a connecting train to the Airport. The train will run express (via the Exhibition Loop) between Roma Street and Albion stations.
Ferny Grove travel: Catch a rail replacement bus to Bowen Hills station and change for another rail replacement bus to travel to Albion station, to catch a connecting train to the Airport.
All other services are not impacted.

Travelling from Brisbane Airport

Brisbane City travel: The train will run express (via the Exhibition Loop) between Albion and Roma Street stations.
- - If you are traveling to Central and Fortitude Valley stations, catch the train to Roma Street station and transfer to a rail replacement bus to your destination.

  - If you are traveling to South Brisbane, Southbank and Boggo Road stations, catch a train to Roma Street station for a connecting train to your destination.
  - If you are traveling to other Brisbane City stations, these services are not impacted.
Gold Coast and Beenleigh travel: The train will run express (via the Exhibition Loop) between Roma Street and Albion stations. Catch a train to Roma Street station and transfer for a connecting train to your destination.
Ferny Grove travel: Catch the train to Albion station and change for a rail replacement bus to travel to Bowen Hills station for a connecting rail replacement bus to your destination.
All other services are not impacted.

TRAVEL TIP: When travelling on the rail replacement bus, place your luggage on the seat next to you or under the seat so it is within easy reaching distance. You may also ask your bus driver for ramp assistance when entering or exiting the bus to assist with your luggage.

All Airtrain services to and from the Gold Coast will be affected by track work between Boggo Road and Varsity Lakes Stations from Monday 22^nd to Friday 26^th September 2025.

Travelling to Brisbane Airport

Gold Coast travel:
- If you are traveling from Varsity Lakes and Robina stations, catch a rail replacement bus to Nerang or Rochedale station and change for an express rail replacement bus to travel to Eagle Junction station for a connecting train to the Airport station.
- If you are traveling from Nerang and Helensvale stations, catch a rail replacement bus to Eagle Junction station for a connecting train to the Airport station.
- If you are traveling from Coomera and Ormeau stations, catch a rail replacement bus to Rochedale station and change for an express rail bus to travel to Eagle Junction station for a connecting train to the Airport station.
- If you are traveling from Beenleigh, Loganlea and Altandi stations, catch a rail replacement bus to Boggo Road station for a connecting train to the Airport station.
Beenleigh travel: Catch a rail replacement bus to Boggo Road station for a connecting train to the Airport station.
Cleveland travel: This train will continue to Airport line, stay on board to travel to Airport station.
All other services are not impacted.

Gold Coast and Beenleigh travel: Catch all stops train to Banoon station where customers will disembark and travel by an express rail replacement bus to Eagle Junction station, to catch a connecting train to the Airport.
- The trains will be operating on altered timetable from Varsity Lakes to Banoon stations. Please plan your journey using the Translink journey planner.
- Train will depart 5 minutes later between Varsity Lakes and Ormeau stations, 7 minutes later from Beenleigh station, 10 minutes later from Loganlea station and 15 minutes later from Altandi station than a normal timetable.
- The last service departing from Varsity Lakes station will not connect to the last train service departing from Eagle Junction station at 21:44.
Cleveland travel: This train will continue to Airport line, stay on board to travel to Airport station.
All other services are not impacted.

Gold Coast and Beenleigh travel: Catch all stops train to Banoon station where customers will disembark and travel by an express rail replacement bus to Eagle Junction station, to catch a connecting train to the Airport.
- The trains will be operating on altered timetable from Varsity Lakes to Banoon stations. Please plan your journey using the Translink journey planner.
- Train will depart 5 minutes later between Varsity Lakes and Ormeau stations, 7 minutes later from Beenleigh station, 10 minutes later from Loganlea station and 15 minutes later from Altandi station than a normal timetable.

From the first service Saturday 18 October until the last service Sunday 19 October 2025, there will be a full track closure between the Airport, Brisbane City, and the northern lines. Rail Buses will replace trains in both directions.

Gold Coast and Beenleigh travel: Disembark at Roma Street Station to catch the express rail replacement bus to the Airport. Express bus R700 will be operating every 15 minutes from 6:04am-10:04pm with 10 minutes services between 7am-5pm from Bus stop 125.
Brisbane City travel:
- If you are traveling from Central or Fortitude Valley Stations, catch the train to Roma Street station to connect with the express rail replacement bus to the Airport. Express buses will be operating every 15 minutes from 6:04am-22:05pm with 10 minutes services between 7am-5pm from Bus stop 125.
- If you are traveling from Boggo Road, South Brisbane and Southbank stations, catch the train to Roma Street station to connect with the express rail replacement bus to the Airport. Express buses will be operating every 15 minutes from 6:04am-22:05pm with 10 minutes services between 7am-5pm from Bus stop 125.
- If you are traveling from Bowen Hills, Albion, Wooloowin, or Eagle Junction Stations, catch all stops rail replacement bus to the Bus R701 will be operating every 30 minutes.

Caboolture, Sunshine Coast, Redcliffe Peninsula, Shorncliffe, and Doomben travel: Catch the rail replacement bus to Eagle Junction Station and transfer to all stops rail replacement bus to the Airport. Bus R701 will be operating from Eagle Junction station every 30 minutes.
Ferny Grove travel: Catch a Ferny Grove train to Bowen Hills station, then catch all stops rail replacement bus from Bowen Hills to the Airport. Bus R701 will be operating every 30 minutes.
Cleveland, Springfield, Ipswich, and Rosewood travel: Disembark at Roma Street Station to catch the express rail replacement bus to the Airport. Express buses will be operating every 15 minutes from 6:04am-22:04pm with 10 minutes services between 7am-5pm from Bus stop 125.
