Airtrain takes you direct to Brisbane city in 20 minutes and operates an express service to the Gold Coast or change at Helensvale station for the G:link tram to take you direct to the Gold Coast beaches. To help you on your journey, you can pre-book online to access exclusive specials including a 15% discount*, kids travel free, and $16 city group fares^.

When you book online you will receive a confirmation immediately to your advised email address, a text message will also be sent to your phone with your tickets to upload the day before travel. This confirmation email and text will contain your ticket for presenting at the station, tax invoice and the relevant terms and conditions of your travel. We recommend when booking to take note of the booking reference number in case you need to contact our reservations team.
Your train only or Airtrain and Tram ticket is valid for any service on the date that you have booked and is accepted 2 days either side of your booked date. Trains depart every 15 minutes in peak times and every 30 minutes in off-peak times, just check the timetable for your best travel time as we do not operate 24 hours a day.
