For a limited time, we’re making it even easier to travel between the Brisbane Airport and your destination. Airtrain have partnered with Uber to offer $20 off* Uber rides to or from any train station on the South East Queensland network when you book an Airtrain ticket online.

Just don’t forget to tick the box when you purchase your Airtrain ticket, and we’ll send you a voucher you can use on the Uber app to get you started on your journey or home from your destination.

Getting to your Destination

Brisbane City is just a short train trip away from the Brisbane Airport, with Airtrain services running run every 15 minutes on-peak and every 30 minutes off-peak. Your journey to Brisbane City will take only 20 minutes, and you can disembark at your chosen city station – Airtrain runs direct from the Brisbane Airport, but stops at Fortitude Valley, Central, Roma Street, and South Brisbane stations. The first 200 customers who claim their $20 Uber voucher* can then use it for a journey beginning or ending at any train station.

If the Gold Coast is your destination, Airtrain run express to the Gold Coast but stops at all Gold Coast stations, including Ormeau, Coomera, Helensvale (connects with G:link tram at Helensvale station), Nerang, Robina, and Varsity Lakes. Why not use your $20 voucher* to catch an Uber to or from one of these stations? Otherwise, trams and buses provide connecting services to other locations around the Gold Coast or you can take advantage of our AirtrainConnect (Train & Transfer) service.
